Bramma Learning Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Senior Associate – Management Consulting to join our growing consulting team.

The ideal candidate will be an MBA professional with 2–3 years of experience , strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Support management consulting and business advisory projects.
- Understand client requirements and analyse business challenges.
- Conduct business research, analysis, and strategic assessments.
- Develop reports, presentations, and management insights.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and business reviews.
- Support the implementation of business strategies and improvement initiatives.




- Work closely with senior consultants and leadership teams.
- Travel to client locations as required.

Requirements

- MBA – Mandatory
- 2–3 years of qualified experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
- English & Malayalam – Mandatory
- Willingness to travel for client engagements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
