Desired Qualifications:

- 10+ years of overall IT experience in software development and architecture.

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Application Architect/Solution Architect role.

- Proven experience designing cloud-native applications using Azure and microservices architecture.

- Robust expertise in API-driven architectures, distributed systems, and enterprise application design.

- Experience leading end-to-end solution delivery from architecture through implementation.

- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams of 710+ developers.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification (AZ-305 or equivalent).

- Clinical, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or GxP-regulated environment experience.

- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

- Experience with application modernization and enterprise integrations.
