Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design & Drawing:

- Prepare conceptual designs, architectural drawings, interior designs and presentation drawings
- Develop detailed working drawings for apartments, bungalows, farmhouses & commercial projects
- Prepare RERA Carpet area calculations and drawings

2. UDCPR Compliance & Planning:

- Review and ensure compliance with Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations (UDCPR)
- Check FSI, setbacks, building heights, margins, and other statutory norms
- Prepare building plans as per local planning laws

3. Presentation & Visualization:

- Create high-quality 2D/3D presentation drawings, 3D walkthroughs, mood boards and client decks
- Work on design concepts from initial sketches to final deliverables

4. Parking & Circulation Planning:





- Design compliant car and two-wheeler parking layouts
- Plan driveways, turning radii, ramp details and basement circulation as per norms

5. Liaison & Coordination:

- Coordinate with municipal authorities (PCMC/PMRDA) for plan sanctions
- Liaise with structural engineers, MEP consultants and other stakeholders

Technical Skills Required:

- Mandatory: AutoCAD, Revit / SketchUp
- Preferred: Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, V-Ray
- Thorough knowledge of UDCPR framework & local building bye-laws
- Knowledge of high-rise building designs will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in working drawings, presentation drawings, and detailing

- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently
- Valuable communication and client presentation skills
- Knowledge of current construction practices and materials
