GENERAL DESCRIPTION/ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct fundamental company analysis, including business models, competitive positioning, growth drivers, and risks

- Perform industry and thematic research, including market sizing, value chain analysis, and peer benchmarking

- Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement models, scenario/sensitivity analysis), valuation models (DCF, trading/ transaction comps, relative valuation) from scratch

- Prepare deal documents, pitchbooks, Information Memorandum (IMs), Teasers, company profiles, IC memos, buyer/seller lists

- Work independently and communicate directly with international clients including Managing Directors/ Directors/ Partners





- Mentor and train junior analysts and review their work for quality and accuracy

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in investment banking or supporting PE/VC clients

- Expertise in sectors such as Technology, Healthcare Industrial, Consumer, Financials or Energy

- Strong Communication Skills (Both, Verbal and Written)

- Must have worked on building detailed financial & valuation models, writing pitchbooks, IMs/Teasers, industry research

- Solid analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Proficiency in using market databases like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Pitchbook, etc.
