Senior AI Engineer role in Research & Development at Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited. The position focuses on building production-grade AI systems with agentic workflows, knowledge graphs, retrieval, evaluation, deployment, and observability.

Experience

- Experienced Qualified
- 5+ years software engineering
- 2+ years building AI/ML applications in production

Qualification

- Bachelors degree or masters degree equivalent

Responsibilities

- Build multi-step AI pipelines with orchestration frameworks
- Integrate tools and human approval checkpoints into agentic workflows
- Implement domain knowledge graphs, validation shapes, and ingestion pipelines
- Build hybrid retrieval and citation pipelines with verifiable sources
- Create regression-gated evaluation harnesses and metrics pipelines
- Implement and test across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud configurations
- Add structured logging, tracing, and monitoring for production AI systems
- Deliver production-grade Python engineering
- Apply AI/ML production practices across deployment environments

Additional Responsibilities





- Work within data sovereignty or offline constraints
- Use local and cloud-hosted LLM inference
- Support security patterns for multi-tenant systems

- Safety-critical or regulated domain exposure
