Job Summary

The Senior AI Engineer for the Enterprise AI solution team, you are responsible for designing, developing, deploying and operating enterprise AI solutions that enable scalable adoption of Generative AI, AI Agents, and AI-powered business processes across Danaher. You will work with different businesses to help build the solution using AI and Gen AI frameworks. You will also be involved in developing Data based applications and Dashboards that are critical for business which has high visibility.

This position reports to the Manager of AI Product Owner and is part of the Danaher Enterprise AI solution team located in Bangalore, India and will be a remote role.

Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders across multiple Operating Companies (OpCos) to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI and data-driven solutions.

- Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and delivery plans for engineering and data science teams.

- Manage product backlogs, priorities, and roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Drive end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with expected outcomes.

- Monitor and report business impact, adoption, costs, risks, and key performance metrics for assigned products and projects.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, and governance teams to design scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.

- Drive stakeholder engagement, change management,



and user adoption activities to maximize solution utilization and business value.

- Support operational excellence through regular performance reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Data Analytics, AI/ML, or related technology roles.

- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and data-driven solutions.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and modern data platforms. Valuable understanding of data engineering, analytics, APIs, MLOps, and AI solution lifecycle management.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience delivering AI, analytics, or digital transformation solutions in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or other regulated industries.

- Familiarity with GenAI technologies, Azure OpenAI, RAG architectures, agentic AI solutions, and Responsible AI practices.

Certifications

- Product Owner, Scrum, Agile, Cloud, AI, or Data-related certifications
