Responsibilities

- Architect and lead development of enterprise-grade GenAI and Agentic AI platforms
- Design scalable multi-agent systems for complex business workflows
- Define AI architecture standards, governance, security, and best practices
- Lead implementation of advanced RAG, knowledge retrieval, memory management, and orchestration frameworks
- Build reusable AI services, SDKs, APIs, and platform components
- Drive model evaluation, observability, reliability, and optimization strategies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate use cases into AI solutions
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and establish adoption roadmaps
