We are looking for a Senior Advanced Services Engineer with robust hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Fusion Middleware. The role requires a techno-functional professional who can develop, support, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle Cloud integrations and enterprise applications.

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications / Integration / Middleware / Cloud technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC or Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Strong functional knowledge in any one Oracle Fusion module: ERP / HCM / SCM / CX / EPM.
- Hands-on experience in OIC integrations, Oracle SaaS adapters, REST/SOAP APIs, mappings, lookups and error handling.
- Experience with FBDI, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI and Scheduled Processes.
- Knowledge of WebLogic, SOA Suite, Service Bus, MFT and Enterprise Manager.
- Strong troubleshooting experience using SQL, XML, JSON, logs and Linux.
- Good understanding of OAuth, SSO, certificates,



service accounts and role-based security.
- Experience in production support, incident management and root-cause analysis.
- Strong communication and customer/stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, deploy and support OIC integrations and Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration and application issues across SaaS, APIs, middleware, database and network layers.
- Support Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, regression testing and deployment activities.
- Work closely with business users, technical teams and architects to resolve complex issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, test evidence, RCA, runbooks and knowledge articles.
- Improve monitoring, automation and operational processes.

Good to Have: Oracle Cloud Certifications, OCI, Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD, Oracle Database, GoldenGate, OCI Networking and Kubernetes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent.
