About the Role

Linkway Learning is looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Senior Admissions Counselor to join our growing admissions team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in academic counseling, education sales, admissions, or student recruitment, with strong exposure to DBA, PhD, Executive Education, or similar higher-education programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students, working professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives on suitable academic programs.
- Understand candidates’ academic and career goals and recommend relevant programs.
- Explain eligibility, program structure, admission procedures, academic pathways, and career opportunities.
- Handle candidate queries, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally.
- Build strong relationships and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
- Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to improve conversion performance.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and follow-ups through CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For





✅ Minimum 6 months of experience in Academic Counseling / Education Sales / Admissions / Student Recruitment

✅ Prior experience selling or counseling for DBA, PhD, Executive Education, or Higher Education programs

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities

✅ Proven lead-conversion and target-achievement track record

✅ Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable in a target-driven environment

✅ Familiarity with CRM and admissions management systems is an advantage
