About Vize

Vize is a modern healthcare and wellness company with operations across India. We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to take ownership of day to day accounting and finance operations, including receivables, payables, manufacturer payments, stock accounting, bank reconciliation, GST and TDS.

The ideal candidate should be highly organised, financially disciplined and comfortable independently managing a large volume of transactions, invoices and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

- Maintain accurate records of all payments received from customers, distributors and other parties.
- Track customer outstanding balances and ageing.
- Regularly reconcile customer ledgers with invoices and payments received.
- Follow up with relevant teams for overdue payments.
- Ensure all receipts are correctly recorded and allocated against the respective invoices.
- Prepare regular outstanding and collection reports for management.
- Identify and resolve differences between customer accounts and internal records.

Accounts Payable & Vendor Payments
- Manage accounts payable for manufacturers, suppliers, service providers and other vendors.
- Verify purchase invoices, purchase orders, GST details, quantities and payment terms before processing.
- Maintain an updated vendor payable tracker.
- Prepare payment schedules based on agreed credit terms and due dates.
- Process and record payments to manufacturers and vendors.
- Reconcile vendor ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Track vendor advances, credit notes, debit notes and outstanding balances.
- Ensure payments are supported by appropriate documentation and approvals.

Manufacturer & Purchase Accounting
- Maintain accurate accounting records for purchases from manufacturers and suppliers.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and goods received.
- Coordinate with purchase and operations teams regarding invoice and payment discrepancies.
- Track manufacturer outstanding payments and payment commitments.
- Maintain records of advances paid to manufacturers and adjust them against subsequent invoices.

Stock & Inventory Accounting
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, transferred and returned.




- Record purchase and sales related inventory movements in the accounting or ERP system.
- Reconcile stock records with warehouse and system records.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to investigate stock differences.
- Track stock adjustments, damages, shortages, returns and transfers.
- Ensure inventory related accounting entries are accurate and timely.
- Assist with periodic physical stock reconciliation and inventory reporting.

GST & TDS
- Ensure accurate accounting of GST on purchase and sales transactions.
- Verify GSTIN, tax rates and other statutory details on invoices.
- Maintain records for input and output GST.
- Perform regular GST reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure correct TDS deductions on applicable payments.
- Maintain TDS records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with the CA and external consultants for GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Assist in preparation and review of data required for statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance related records are maintained properly for audits and future reference.

Bank Reconciliation & Banking
- Record all bank transactions accurately and on a timely basis.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Identify and resolve unmatched or unidentified bank transactions.
- Track incoming customer payments and outgoing vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate records of bank balances and payment commitments.
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly cash flow positions.

Accounting & Reconciliation
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation.
- Pass and verify accounting entries for purchases, sales, receipts, payments, expenses and adjustments.
- Perform regular ledger reconciliations.
- Identify accounting errors and ensure timely corrections.
- Assist with month end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing required records and schedules.





MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly finance reports.
- Prepare accounts receivable and payable ageing reports.
- Prepare vendor payment and manufacturer outstanding reports.
- Prepare stock movement and reconciliation reports.
- Provide management with updates on collections, payments and outstanding liabilities.
- Maintain trackers for payments, receipts, GST, TDS and other finance activities.
- Highlight discrepancies, overdue payments and unusual transactions to management.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong practical knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Good understanding of GST and TDS.
- Experience handling vendor and manufacturer payments.
- Experience with bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Experience in stock or inventory accounting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP or accounting software.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and reconciliation.
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of finance operations.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, distribution, manufacturing or trading businesses will be preferred.

Experience handling high transaction volumes, multiple vendors, distributors, manufacturers and inventory movements will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can own the accounting function on a day to day basis rather than simply process entries. The person should be proactive in identifying discrepancies, following up on outstanding payments, ensuring vendors are paid on time, maintaining accurate stock and financial records, and keeping GST and TDS related documentation in order.

The ideal candidate should be hands on, reliable, detail oriented and strong with numbers, with the ability to independently manage day to day accounts while working closely with management, purchase, sales and warehouse teams.
