Position: Senior Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 4–8 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com preferred

Industry Preference: Manufacturing industry experience preferred

Budget for the Role: 24K to 35K per month.

Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger.

Sales and purchase accounting, including invoice verification and reconciliation.

GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GST reconciliation.

TDS calculation, challan preparation and quarterly compliance.

Bank reconciliation and management of banking transactions.

Vendor payments and ledger reconciliation.

Inventory accounting and reconciliation.

Audit coordination and preparation of audit-related documents.

Handling banking documentation, CC renewal, export/foreign transaction-related documentation, etc.

Preparing MIS, ledger statements, payment reports, sales/purchase reports and other reports required by management.

Coordinating with HR,



Purchase, Sales, Production, Stores, auditors, consultants and banking institutions.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

Good working knowledge of GST and TDS.

Experience in bank reconciliation, inventory accounting and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Valuable analytical, documentation and communication skills.

Ability to independently manage accounting and compliance activities.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
