Role Description The Senior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for managing relationships with parents, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and high levels of satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, coordinating admissions and fee-related processes, maintaining accurate records, and preparing regular reports for the leadership team.

Executive will collaborate with academic and administrative staff to support school initiatives, drive enrollment growth, and uphold the school’s vision and values.



The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance service quality, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes.

Qualifications

- Strong account management and client relationship skills, with experience in handling stakeholder communication and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in administrative and operations tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and coordination across teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with families and staff.
- Basic financial and billing understanding, including fee management, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Experience in the education sector or service-oriented organizations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Education Management, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools and school management systems.
