We are looking for a motivated Senior Academic Counsellor to guide students who are interested in pursuing higher education in European countries. The candidate will counsel students, understand their academic and career goals, recommend suitable programs and universities, and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in European countries.

- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and financial preferences.

- Provide accurate information about universities, courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and intakes.

- Assist students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and programs.

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

- Guide students through the application and admission process.

- Coordinate with universities and internal admission teams when required.

- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems.

- Achieve assigned counselling and admission/conversion targets.

- Stay updated on European education systems,



admission requirements, and visa-related processes.

- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.

- Ensure a professional and positive student experience throughout the counselling journey.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

- Experience in study abroad counselling/admissions is preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of European higher education destinations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong counselling, convincing, and follow-up abilities.

- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

- Good computer and CRM skills.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
