Role Description The Security Officer role at Oneiro Lifecare is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara.

The Security

Officer is responsible for monitoring and safeguarding company premises, assets, and personnel, including regular patrols, access control, and surveillance system oversight. This role involves enforcing security policies, verifying visitor and employee identification, and responding promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms.

Officer will maintain accurate security logs and incident reports, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies when needed, and support safety drills and compliance with regulatory requirements.



The position also requires proactive identification of potential security risks and recommendations for improvements to ensure a safe and secure workplace.

Qualifications

- Relevant experience in security, safety, or facility protection, preferably in industrial, corporate, or pharmaceutical settings.
- Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and basic safety regulations.
- Ability to operate and monitor CCTV, access control systems, alarm panels, and other security equipment.
- Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and situational awareness to identify and report potential risks.
- Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with employees, visitors, and external agencies.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform regular patrols, stand for extended periods, and respond quickly in emergencies.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and discretion when handling sensitive information and incidents.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining logs, preparing incident reports, and using security-related software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training, certifications, or military/law enforcement experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
