Responsible for dispensing best-in-class optical products at the location and coordinating with the store manager and fellow optometrists/team members to achieve consistently high customer service and meet store targets.

- Understanding customer needs and queries about products, prices, and services

- Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs

- Achieving the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques

- Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long long-term loyalty

- Handling recent launches, promotion of products, visual merchandise, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Optometry

/n

Excellent verbal communication skills

/n

Computer savvy (including basic Microsoft excel)

/n

Excellent customer service skills, leadership skills, team building, etc.
