Required Skills
- Expertise in application security, secure coding, and encryption techniques.
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, secure design principles.
- Experience with security tools (Snyk, Checkmarx, Fortify, SonarQube).
- Hands-on experience with IAM, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.
- Understanding network security, firewalls, and protocols (HTTPS, TLS).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP security).
- Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines (CI/CD security integration).
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- years of experience in application/security engineering.
- Security certifications (CISSP, CEH, CSSLP) are a plus.
- Experience in container security (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and modern security frameworks
