Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control Bauxite Handling, Conveying, Crushing, and Grinding operations to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Track critical process parameters through DCS and MIS systems and ensure adherence to production KPIs.
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance process efficiency.
- Ensure optimum utilization of grinding media, energy, and other consumption factors.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reliability, and cost performance.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.




- Investigate process deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain process documentation, operational reports, and MIS dashboards.
- Support inventory management of bauxite, grinding media, and other consumables.
- Ensure environmental compliance, particularly related to dust suppression and material handling systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting and implementation of optimization projects.
- Conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for operations and maintenance teams.
