Roles Responsibilities

- Design development of seating system.
- Design evaluation of seat components integration in vehicle workplace as per program schedule quality targets.
- Cost weight monitoring at part sub-system level.
- Testing of seating seat belt systems, regulation know-how.
- Countermeasure planning, as necessary, based on design / quality reviews, line feedback testing.

Technical/Functional Competencies

- Experience of design / development in at least one domain areas in any of the following:
- Plastic / Sheet Metal / PU Pad / Seat Fabrics

- Seat Mechanism
- Seat / Seat Belt Testing
- Seat Belt / Side Airbag
- Understanding of GDT, BOM, manufacturing processes costing function
- Unigraphics / CATIA (Preference will be given to Unigraphics)
- Effective communication analytical skills

- Team player

- Flexibility adaptability

- Excellent interpersonal skills
