Design and development of automotive sealing systems and components . Develop and modify door, window, hood, trunk, body and glass seals . Create 3D models, 2D drawings and detailed engineering specifications

. Perform design validation, feasibility studies and tolerance analysis . Work on DFMEA, GD&T;, DFM/DFA and design reviews . Coordinate with BIW, Closure, Plastic Trims, Glass and Manufacturing teams

. Support prototype development, testing and production implementation. Analyze fitment, sealing performance, NVH and water-leakage-related issues. Manage engineering changes and design releases through

PLM systems . Collaborate with suppliers and customers for technical issue resolution
