We are looking for a hands-on SDET Quality Engineer with strong experience in BFSI/Banking domain, Functional Testing, Automation, API, Web & Mobile Testing.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- 5+ years of experience in SDET/QE and software testing.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in BFSI/Banking with products such as UPI, Cards, Payments, Wallets, Deposits, Loans, Investments, Onboarding, etc.
- Strong expertise in Functional Manual, Web, Mobile, API, Integration and Regression Testing.
- Hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Java/Python, Selenium or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of SDET and TDD frameworks.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
- Good understanding of test environments, infrastructure, GCP logs and troubleshooting.




- Experience working in SAFe Agile environments.
- Ability to create Test Strategy, Test Plans, test cases, test data, estimations and QE metrics.
- Experience driving quality initiatives, automation improvements and efficiency gains.
- Strong experience with JIRA boards, dashboards, management reports and defect triage.
- Good understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, conversational banking and AI adoption in QE.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate with QE, Engineering, Product and Management stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
