About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Native App Developer with strong AWS and microservices experience to help build high-throughput, secure, and scalable financial technology products. You will design enterprise-grade backend systems, build cloud-native services and contribute to architecture discussions that power our core product platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Build: Develop high-performance, enterprise-grade REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Cloud Architecture: Build, optimize, and deploy secure, resilient applications on AWS.
- System Performance: Drive performance tuning, system integration, high-availability setups, and production issue resolution.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Implement smooth automated pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI) using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to refine requirements, enforce coding standards, and maintain strict data security practices.




- Technical Leadership: Participate in design reviews and mentor junior developers to elevate engineering standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Core Java & Frameworks: Deep experience in Java (8/11/17+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Microservices & Messaging: Hands-on experience building distributed microservice systems; experience with messaging queues like Apache Kafka.
- AWS Cloud Platform: Practical experience using EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Containers & Orchestration: Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Databases: Proficiency with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Agile & Delivery: Strong analytical and debugging skills in an Agile/Scrum product setting.
