We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Scrum certification and strong banking domain expertise to lead agile project delivery. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving Scrum practices, and ensuring successful delivery of banking technology or business initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Act as Scrum Master where required, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations

- Collaborate with business, technology, and banking stakeholders

- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement

- Track and report project progress, KPIs, and deliverables

- Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

- 10+ years of experience





- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / PSM or equivalent

- Strong experience in banking domain (Retail, Corporate, Payments, or Core Banking)

- Proven experience in Agile project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP / PRINCE2 certification (optional but preferred)

- Experience with banking platforms (Core Banking, Lending, Payments, FinTech)
