Role Description The School Principal role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. The Principal will provide overall academic and administrative leadership, ensuring alignment with CBSE guidelines and the school’s vision and mission.

Key responsibilities include overseeing curriculum implementation, supervising teaching and non-teaching staff, monitoring student performance, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Qualifications:

- Minimum 12-15 years of experience of which at least 5-7 years should have been in a senior administrative leadership
- Strong Educational Leadership skills, including experience leading schools or academic teams and setting strategic direction.
- Expertise in Curriculum Development and Education, with a solid understanding of CBSE requirements and best practices in teaching and learning.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with students, staff, Parents, and external stakeholders in a clear and collaborative manner.
- Experience with Middle School or similar grade-level management, including overseeing academic programs and student support services.
- Relevant postgraduate degree in Education or a related field (e.g., M.Ed., M.A. in Education) and appropriate skilled certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage school operations, including planning, budgeting, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of building inclusive, learner-centered environments and promoting holistic development and well-being.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced school setting.
