Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced School Manager to oversee the school’s day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The role involves staff coordination, infrastructure and facility management, parent communication, admissions support, compliance, and overall school operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day school administration and operations.
- Coordinate with the Principal, staff, management, and support teams.
- Maintain staff and student records, attendance, and documentation.
- Oversee infrastructure, housekeeping, security, transport, and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Handle parent/visitor queries and support admissions activities.
- Manage ERP, MIS reports, inventory, and administrative records.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and procedures.
- Support school events,



meetings, inspections, and audits.
- Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and a professional school environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in school administration, school operations, or institutional management.
- Experience in a CBSE school will be preferred.
- Strong team-management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP, and MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
- Robust problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Experience in handling facilities, vendors, transport, admissions, and school operations will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
