Job Summary

New Horizon Public School, Panvel, is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented School Fee Collection Executive to manage the school’s fee collection process efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely fee collection, maintaining accurate financial records, and handling fee-related communication with parents/guardians.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in fee collection, accounts, front office, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle parents/guardians professionally.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.




- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the school fee collection process.
- Follow up with parents/guardians regarding pending and overdue fees.
- Maintain accurate records of fee payments and outstanding amounts.
- Issue fee receipts and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding fee-related matters.
- Handle parent/guardian queries related to fees, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fee collection reports.
- Ensure all fee transactions are recorded accurately in the system.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and financial information
- Perform other fee-related administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
