About the Role

Vijaybhoomi University is looking for a School Connect & Outreach Assistant Manager or Manager to build meaningful relationships with schools, counsellors, educators and student communities. The role goes beyond organizing visits and events-it involves helping young learners discover educational pathways aligned with their aspirations, strengths and potential.

Responsibilities

- Build and nurture relationships with school principals, counsellors, teachers and student communities.
- Plan and execute school presentations, workshops, career guidance sessions and outreach events.
- Represent the university at school fairs, education exhibitions and partner engagements.
- Identify and cultivate high-potential student pipelines across assigned territories.
- Collaborate with admissions, marketing and academic teams to design impactful engagement initiatives.
- Maintain outreach databases, engagement records and conversion reports.
- Track market trends, student aspirations and emerging educational preferences.

Ideal Candidate

- Comfortable travelling extensively and building long-term institutional relationships.
- Ability to engage meaningfully with students, parents and educators.
