Location: Maharashtra

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Scaffolding Inspector to ensure that all scaffolding structures at the project site are erected, inspected, maintained, and dismantled safely and in compliance with applicable safety standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect scaffolding structures before use and at regular intervals.
- Ensure scaffolding is erected, modified, and dismantled as per approved designs and safety standards.
- Check scaffolding components, platforms, ladders, guardrails, toe boards, access points, and supports.
- Identify unsafe conditions, defects, or structural concerns and ensure corrective action.
- Tag and certify scaffolding as Safe/Unsafe for Use as per site procedures.
- Maintain inspection records, checklists, and scaffolding registers.
- Ensure proper bracing, anchoring, base support, access, and load capacity.
- Coordinate with the construction and safety teams regarding scaffolding requirements.




- Monitor scaffolding activities and ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
- Stop the use of unsafe scaffolding and immediately report critical observations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and provide guidance to scaffolding teams whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable scaffolding standards, client specifications, and HSE requirements.

Qualification & Experience

- ITI / Diploma / equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Scaffolding Inspector certificate is mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in scaffolding inspection, preferably in EPC / Oil & Gas / Steel / Petrochemical / Industrial Construction projects.
- Good knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection practices, inspection procedures, and safety requirements.
- Ability to read and understand scaffolding drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of site safety practices and risk identification.
