SAP VMS Consultant

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / Chennai

Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 to 3 Days WFO

We are looking for an experienced SAP VMS Consultant with robust expertise in Vehicle Management System (VMS) and automotive business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP VMS solutions.
- Handle vehicle lifecycle processes including procurement, vehicle receipt, stock management, sales, delivery, transfer, and billing.
- Work on integration with SAP SD, MM and FI/CO.
- Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide functional solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/integration teams.
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.




- Troubleshoot VMS issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and global SAP teams.

Required Skills

- 8–15 years of SAP experience with strong SAP VMS expertise.
- Good knowledge of automotive/vehicle lifecycle processes.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD/MM integration.
- Experience in SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout, or support projects.
- Good knowledge of vehicle master data, sales, delivery, and billing processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have: SAP S/4HANA VMS experience and automotive OEM/dealership experience.
