Role & responsibilities :

During training (Noida, 2-3 months)

- Attend and clear all classroom, hands-on and assessment milestones of the training program.
- Complete assigned case studies and configuration exercises on the training sandbox.
- Build process documentation and present module walkthroughs to trainers.
- Draft at least one end-to-end SOP for a core module process as a training deliverable, reviewed and signed off by the trainer.
- Clear the internal evaluation required for client deployment.

Post-deployment (Gurugram, client site)

- Support day-to-day SAP operations for the assigned module resolve L1/L2 tickets under supervision.
- Perform and document Root Cause Analysis for every new case raised in the module investigate, identify the true cause, record corrective and preventive actions, and publish the RCA to the knowledge base within the agreed SLA.
- Track repeat incidents and flag recurring patterns to the functional lead for permanent resolution.
- Create a new SOP for every current case and process closed out convert the RCA and the final resolution into a written Standard Operating Procedure covering purpose, scope, prerequisites, step-by-step transaction flow with screenshots, expected output, common errors and escalation path.
- Maintain the SOP library for the module: version control, review dates,



sign-off from the functional lead, and updates whenever a configuration, statutory or process change makes an existing SOP obsolete.
- Publish SOPs to the agreed repository and use them for end-user training, refresher sessions and knowledge transfer to new joiners.
- Perform and validate master data creation, changes and mass uploads.
- Assist in configuration changes, unit testing, regression testing and UAT support.
- Prepare test scripts, defect logs, user manuals and knowledge-transfer documents.
- Coordinate with business users, functional leads and ABAP/technical teams to close issues.
- Support month-end, quarter-end and cutover activities as required.
- Cross-train into a second module and take up shared responsibilities as the project scales.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Graduate in any discipline (full-time, no backlogs)
- SAP Certified in SD / MM / CRM (certificate + certification ID required)
- Willing to attend 23 months full-time training in Noida
- Willing to relocate / commute to Gurugram post-training
- Open to cross-learning additional SAP modules
- Able to perform and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on new cases
- New SOP creation is part of the role every new case must be documented as a usable SOP
