Role Overview

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) Scheduler to coordinate patient appointments by contacting patients referred by attorneys, insurance companies, or cash-paying patients. The Scheduler will collect patient information, schedule appointments, and confirm appointment details while ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact patients to schedule and confirm appointments.
- Collect and verify patient information.
- Coordinate appointments based on provider availability.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records.
- Communicate professionally in Spanish and English.

Requirements

- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Robust communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.




- Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
- Ability to work 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST.
- Basic knowledge of common medical conditions (e.g., sore throat, chest pain, flu & fever, respiratory infections, sinus infections, burns, sprains & fractures, headaches/migraines, skin lacerations, ear pain & infections, stroke, dehydration, pink eye, UTIs, skin infections & rashes, cardiac attack, abdominal issues, cuts & wounds) to ensure appropriate appointment scheduling and escalation when required.

Preferred: Experience in healthcare scheduling, medical call centres, or patient coordination.
