Responsibilities:

- Lead and participate in

SAP TM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects

.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP TM solutions.

- Configure SAP TM modules and functionalities based on business requirements.

- Work extensively on

Transportation Planning, Transportation Execution, Freight Order Management, Freight Booking, and Carrier Management

.

- Configure and manage freight calculation, charge management, and freight settlement processes.

- Work on transportation optimization, route planning, load planning, and carrier selection.

- Configure and support

Transportation Cockpit and related planning functionalities.

- Manage integration between

SAP TM and SAP S/4HANA/ECC

, including logistics processes such as Sales, Purchasing, Delivery, and Inventory.

- Work with integration technologies such as

CIF, PPF, APIs, IDocs, and web services where applicable.

- Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely solutions.

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical/ABAP teams for custom developments.

- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, UAT, and support deployment activities.

- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, offshore/onshore teams, and third-party vendors.





- Participate in workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and process improvement initiatives.

- Prepare project documentation, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user training materials.

- Mentor junior SAP TM consultants and provide technical/functional guidance.

Eligibility:

- 8+ years of experience in SAP TM

, with strong hands-on implementation/support experience.

- Strong knowledge of

SAP Transportation Management processes and configuration

.

- Experience in

SAP TM embedded in S/4HANA and/or standalone SAP TM

.

- Strong understanding of:

- Transportation Planning

- Transportation Execution

- Freight Order Management

- Freight Booking

- Carrier Management

- Charge Calculation

- Freight Settlement

- Transportation Optimization

- Route and Load Planning

- Valuable understanding of

SAP SD, MM, LE/Logistics

- Strong understanding of end-to-end transportation and logistics business processes.

- Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and production support.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
