? Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.

- Analyze business requirements and provide effective HR technology solutions.

• Handle EC configuration, implementation, solution design & troubleshooting .

• Configure and manage Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management & MDF Objects .

• Work on internal & external Employee Central integrations .

- Understand client business processes and guide them through the implementation process.
- Provide user training and post-implementation support.





• Knowledge of other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage.
