Position - Sr. Consultant SAP SF - ONB , RMC , RMK

Location - Chennai

Role : Consultant SF Recruitment and Onboarding

Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors (SF) Recruitment and Onboarding is responsible for implementing, configuring, optimizing and Supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules to streamline talent acquisition and new hire integration processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules to meet client needs.
- Lead, participate and support end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Recruitment and Onboarding functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to recruitment workflows, candidate management, and onboarding processes in BAU enviornment.
- Stay updated with SuccessFactors releases, features, and best practices.




- Assist in change management and process improvement initiatives related to talent acquisition and onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
- Experience with configuration, implementation, and support of SF Recruiting and Onboarding.
- Understanding of HR processes related to talent acquisition and recent hire integration.
- Familiarity with integration scenarios between SF modules and third-party systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into system configurations.
- Ability to provide end-user training and documentation.
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are preferred.

Typical Experience

- 3-6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding consulting or HRIS roles.
- Proven track record in implementing SF Recruiting and Onboarding modules in diverse business environments.
