Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior SAP S/4HANA SD Consultant to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) module implementations, coupled with a deep understanding of automotive industry requirements. This role involves leading and executing SAP SD projects, optimizing sales and distribution processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP S/4HANA SD Implementation:
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SD implementation projects, from initial requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes related to sales, distribution, and order fulfillment within the automotive industry.
- Design, configure, and customize SAP SD solutions tailored to the specific needs of the automotive sector, including order-to-cash (OTC), pricing, billing, and shipping processes.
- Ensure effective integration of the SAP SD module with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, FICO, and WM, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Process Optimization and Best Practices:
- Analyze and optimize current sales and distribution processes to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Implement industry best practices within the SAP SD module, particularly those relevant to automotive industry standards and customer requirements.
- Leverage SAP S/4HANA capabilities to enhance order management, pricing strategies, and sales reporting.

- Project Management:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans,



including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for SAP S/4HANA SD implementation projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external consultants, to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct regular project reviews, manage risks, and handle any escalations to ensure timely and within-scope delivery.

- User Training and Support:
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in using the SAP S/4HANA SD module.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP SD module, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, business processes, and user manuals.

- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure that SAP S/4HANA SD configurations comply with industry standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance, customer orders, and distribution metrics.

Qualifications:

- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP SD, with at least 4-5 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Extensive experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading SAP SD projects and delivering successful implementations.

- Skills:
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD module functionalities and their application in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, distribution logistics, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.
