Required experience

5 to 10 yrs of hands on SAP SD- JIT/JIS (SD/PP)

SAP Consultant with experience in Just-in-Time (JIT) and Just-in-Sequence (JIS) processes in the Sales and Distribution (SD)

and/or Production Planning (PP) modules.

Expert in all standard SAP SD/PP process .

Understand and analyze plant-specific business processes related to JIT/JIS.

Use transaction OJITI to check call control statuses and JITM for process statuses.

Analyze JITLOG and SLG1 transactions to identify fixes for issues.

Resolve failed call-offs in EMJIT and adjust statuses in JITM.

Check for issues with call-offs in SDSAs and determine root causes.

Use JITE to change JIT call statuses and JIT1 for repeating orders.

Collaborate with the ABAP team to fix bugs.





Monitor failed batch jobs and check related programs.

Investigate production print issues and find root causes.

Monitor IDOCs daily and check for any unusual issues faced.

Work with the EDI team on any mapping or missing order issues.

Monitor IDOCs and batch job schedules.

Manage ticketing in ServiceNow and ensure SLAs are met.

Work with users and the ABAP team to gather business requirements.

Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for changes.

Hold weekly meetings with key users to prioritize urgent tickets and change requests.
