Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and skilled SAP SD Consultant with 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and practical exposure to SAP SD configuration, support, and issue resolution.

The candidate will work closely with business users, functional teams, ABAP developers, and other SAP modules to understand business requirements and deliver effective SAP SD solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and maintain SAP SD processes including:

- Sales Order Processing

- Pricing
- Delivery & Shipping
- Billing & Invoicing

- Basic Credit Management
- Handle and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Assist in business requirement gathering, analysis, and solution implementation.
- Perform basic SAP SD configuration based on business requirements.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with ABAP teams for developments, enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Analyze and resolve SAP SD production/support issues within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with MM and FI teams for cross-module integration issues.
- Assist with user support, training, documentation, and post-go-live activities.
- Participate in implementation, support, rollout, or enhancement projects.

Mandatory Skills
- 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP SD configuration.

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills – mandatory.
- Ability to interact with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- SAP SD certification is an added advantage.

Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who have strong practical exposure to SAP SD/O2C, rather than candidates with only theoretical SAP training. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant SAP SD project/support experience and good communication skills will be preferred.
