Early Years Teacher / Assistant Teacher

Location: Mumbai Day Care Center, Goregaon

Contract Type: Full Time / Permanent

/n

Pay: 22,000 – 40,000 INR per month (depending on experience)

/n

Working pattern: 8.30am-5.30pm, 9.30am-6.30pm, 10.30am-7.30pm and 11.30am-8.30pm (Monthly rotational shifts)

/n

Bonus paid when working the 11.30am shift

We currently have a number of opportunities to join us in our Mumbai daycare center as a Nursery Teacher.

Purpose of the Role:

/n

As an early childhood educator, your job will be to deliver exceptional care and education to our children, and to be the main point of contact our families.

/n

To support our children's learning and development, document their experiences on a daily basis, plan for the next steps for children's development,



and evaluate their progress.

/n

Key Tasks:

- Lesson planning
/n
- Keep everyone secure by following policies and procedures
/n
- Meet the dietary, health and care needs
/n
- Work together with parents and other professionals
/n
- Ensure the curriculum and planning cycle meets the needs of all children
/n
- Maintain records and completion of progress checks for each child
/n
- Practice positive behaviour management techniques
/n
- Support and promote diversity and equality
/n
- Work as part of a team
/n
- Use initiative and show resilience
/n
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions
/n
- Participation in appraisals and one to ones
/n
- Promote the centre to current parents and potential customers
/n
- Take on board new ideas and initiatives
/n
