Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4 HANA MM Consultant to implement and optimise procurement and materials management processes including purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, and material master governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead or support Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops for procure-to-pay processes.
- Design and implement purchasing documents: RFQ, PO, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, and Source Lists.
- Configure Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Transfer Posting, and physical inventory.
- Implement Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV) including tolerance keys and ERS.
- Configure Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in coordination with PP consultants.
- Implement Inventory Management optimisation using SAP S/4 HANA simplifications (material ledger, single table MATDOC).
- Integrate MM with FI (account determination), WM/EWM, SD, PP, and QM.
- Support SAP Ariba or S/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement integration where applicable.




- Perform data migration, SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare support.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Solid hands-on experience with SAP MM: Purchasing, Inventory Management, and LIV.
- Understanding of S/4 HANA simplifications: Material Ledger mandatory, MATDOC, Business Partner.
- Experience with Central Procurement, SAP Ariba integration, and Supplier Collaboration.
- Knowledge of account determination (OBYC), valuation classes, and split valuation.
- Integration skills with FI, PP, SD, WM/EWM, and QM.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for procurement and inventory.
- Experience with Batch Management and Serial Number Management is a plus.

Preferred Certifications

- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement
