Role Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance VIM Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance VIM and OpenText VIM initiatives. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, configuration, integration, and overall program delivery.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience in SAP Finance VIM / OpenText VIM
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP VIM ICC configuration & integration
- Strong understanding of SAP FI, Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL)
- VIM workflow, approval flows, exception handling & invoice processing
- Program/Project Management and governance
- Stakeholder and vendor management
- Risk, issue and change management
- Robust communication and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP Finance VIM/OpenText VIM programs.
- Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables.




- Oversee VIM configuration, workflows, approval processes, and ICC integration.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, IT, functional/technical teams, and implementation partners.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP Finance and accurate invoice posting.
- Monitor program KPIs, delivery status, and business benefits.
- Drive testing, deployment, change management, training, and user adoption.
- Maintain program documentation, governance dashboards, and status reports.
- Identify process improvements to increase invoice automation and reduce processing time.

Preferred: SAP Financials / SAP VIM / OpenText VIM or relevant Program Management certification.
