As a SAP - MM - Senior Associate, you will focus on implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Procurement module to streamline and automate procurement processes, including purchasing, supplier management, contract management, and inventory management. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex client requirements, provide solutions, and configure systems accordingly. This role involves creating presentation decks, process flows, and documentation to support client engagements, while maintaining a cordial relationship with the onsite team and clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and anticipate their needs, navigating complex situations with a forward-thinking approach. You will guide and mentor others, maintaining professional standards and using a broad range of methodologies to generate recent ideas and solve problems. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will lead the Procure-to-Pay functional workstream for SAP S/4HANA projects, driving transformation during migration and applying your hands-on skills in SAP MM and Ariba integration.

You will tackle module-specific conversion items and confirm business continuity, enhancing data quality and user experience through AI and automation tools.

Responsibilities





- Implementing and configuring the SAP Procurement module to streamline purchasing and supplier management processes
- Planning and executing SAP Materials Management (MM) implementation and support activities
- Integrating SAP MM with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and other SAP modules
- Conducting AS-IS studies, gap analysis, and blueprinting for procurement processes
- Creating and presenting process flows and workshop decks using Microsoft Visio
- Developing Process Definition Documents and Business Process Procedures for client solutions
- Leading the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstream for SAP S/4HANA Brownfield projects
- Managing vendor master harmonization and open purchase order migration during system conversions
- Applying SAP Ariba integration and P2P process redesign for business continuity
- Driving fit-gap sessions and functional delta analysis using S/4HANA tools
- Utilizing AI and automation tools for process optimization and data quality improvement
- Preparing test scripts and conducting testing post-MM upgrades
- Collaborating with onsite teams and clients to provide status updates and maintain relationships

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Procurement solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or related spend management credentials
