- Daily Progress Management
- Handle and manage daily SAP S/4HANA requests for updates, changes, or process modifications.
- Ensure all changes fit to standard and align with Sigmas operational requirements.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on developments, challenges, and progress.
- Maintain clear visibility of project milestones and deliverables.

- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between Sigma and the implementation partner.
- Facilitate effective communication, resolve queries, and escalate issues when required.

- Timeline Validation
- Validate project timelines and ensure strict adherence to closure deadlines.
- Monitor progress against agreed schedules and enforce accountability.
- Problem-Solving & Oversight
- Identify challenges during implementation and propose corrective measures.




- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and Sigmas operational standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Handson experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
- Robust knowledge of fittostandard methodology and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to enforce accountability and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience in engineering or manufacturing industry SAP implementations. Will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with project management tools and audit-ready documentation.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and deliver results with precision.
