Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM Time Management solutions for clients across various industries.

- Provide expert-level support to customers on SAP HCM Time Management modules such as scheduling, attendance tracking, leave management, and reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using SAP HCM Time Management tools.

- Troubleshoot complex issues related to time management processes and provide timely resolutions.

Job Requirements :

- 12-30 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on SAP Human Capital Management (HCM).

- Solid knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management modules including scheduling, attendance tracking, leave management, and reporting.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
