About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Lead / Consultant to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP Group Reporting , consolidation processes, and SAP S/4HANA Finance, with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead/participate in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation and rollout projects
- Configure and support Group Reporting processes including consolidation, eliminations, currency translation and intercompany reconciliation
- Work on consolidation of financial statements and reporting requirements
- Integrate Group Reporting with SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Lead workshops with finance and business stakeholders
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams
- Manage testing, defect resolution and deployment activities
- Provide production support and troubleshoot Group Reporting issues
- Contribute to solution design,



process improvements and best practices
- For Lead-level candidates, guide the team and manage key project deliverables

Required Skills ✅ Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting

✅ Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance

✅ Experience with financial consolidation and reporting

✅ Knowledge of intercompany eliminations and reconciliation

✅ Understanding of group consolidation processes

✅ Experience in SAP implementation/support projects

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Good to Have

- SAP Group Reporting certification
- Experience with SAP Central Finance
- Exposure to SAP BTP / SAC
- Experience with global SAP transformation projects
- Prior experience leading Group Reporting implementations
