As a SAP - FIN Senior Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.

You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. Directing the team through complexity, you will demonstrate composure through ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations, initiating open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.

Responsibilities





- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP finance applications to optimize client financial processes
- Analyzing client requirements to develop tailored SAP finance solutions that enhance financial reporting and strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP finance applications
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business process improvement and financial transformation
- Managing financial reporting and budgeting processes using SAP FICO and related modules
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Validating compliance with financial regulations and standards within SAP finance implementations
- Directing teams through complex financial projects, maintaining composure in challenging situations
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that align with client goals and expectations
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Leveraging SAP FI and SAP FICO for financial transformation projects
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Central Finance and SAP Accounts Payable (AP)
- Applying systems thinking to identify financial opportunities and challenges
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback for improvement
- Directing teams through complexity with composure and strategic questioning
