SAP FICO Consultant / Lead Bhopal

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant / Lead with 12 to 15 years of SAP FICO consulting experience to support SAP implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and business process improvement initiatives.

The candidate should have strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, CO-PA, GL, and AP, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Hindi-speaking ability is mandatory, and the candidate should be based in or willing to work from Bhopal.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide functional expertise in SAP FICO, including:

- Financial Accounting (FI)

- Controlling (CO)
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA/COPA)

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Support SAP FICO implementation, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting activities.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, cross-functional teams, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Conduct business workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training programs for stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO functional issues.
- Provide best-practice recommendations for SAP Finance and Controlling processes.
- Support testing, issue resolution, documentation, and continuous process improvements.




- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of SAP FICO solutions.

Mandatory Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO, CO-PA/COPA, GL, and AP.
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes.
- Experience in SAP implementation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills.
- Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Bhopal location is mandatory / candidate must be willing to work from Bhopal.

Preferred
- Experience in the Automobile industry.
- Experience handling large-scale SAP implementation/support projects.
- Experience conducting workshops and training sessions.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance experience will be an added advantage.
