A primary focus for this role is leading and executing endtoend implementation and ECC to S4HANA migrationconversion projects You will play a crucial role in functional blueprinting system configuration data migration and integration across related SAP modules

Key Responsibilities

S4HANA Migration Conversion

Execute functional stream activities for SAP ECC to S4HANA migration Brownfield Greenfield or Selective Data Transition

Manage Business Partner BP conversion data cleanup contract account adjustments and migration of open itemshistory into S4HANA FICA

Perform impact analysis on existing FICA customizations and standard processes during S4HANA upgradesmigrations

Core FICA Configuration Implementation

Design configure and maintain core SAP FICA submodules Contract Partner Contract Account setup Posting and Documents Payments Payment Lot Direct Debit Dunning Interest Calculation Security Deposits Returns Processing Writeoffs and Account Balance Display

Configure and optimize General Ledger FIGL integration revenue posting and reconciliation processes

Design and execute mass processing activities Payment Run Dunning Run Mass Changes

Integration Solution Architecture

Integrate SAP FICA seamlessly with adjacent modulessystems such as SAP SD FICO BRIM SOMCCCI

Collaborate with technical teams ABAP developers to draft highquality Functional Specifications WRICEF for enhancements interfaces reports and workflows

Project Execution Stakeholder Management

Run requirementgathering workshops fitgap analyses and present solution designs to key business stakeholders





Perform Unit Testing Integration Testing UAT Cutover activities and Hypercare support

Mentor functional team members and establish best practices for FICA operations

Qualifications Requirements Experience Background

Total Experience Overall 10 years of professional experience in SAP ERP solutions

FICA Core Experience 5 to 7 years of dedicated handson functional experience in SAP FICA

Migration Experience At least 1 full lifecycle project involving SAP ECC to S4HANA migrationconversion strongly preferred

Technical Functional Skills

Deep expertise in FICA processes Master Data BPCA InvoicingPosting Payment handling Electronic Bank Statements EBS Dunning Interest and GL Reconciliations

Handson experience with S4HANA FICA features standard CDS views and recent General Ledger integration

Proven expertise in legacy data migration techniques LTMCMigrate Your Data app LSMW BAPIs specific to FICA open items and master records

Strong understanding of industryspecific FICA implementations eg Utilities Telecom Insurance Public Sector or Subscription Business Models

Soft Skills

Excellent analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with crossfunctional business and technical teams

Proven ability to work in agile and waterfall project methodologies

Preferred Good To Have SAP S4HANA Certification Financial Contract Accounting or S4HANA Finance

Exposure to SAP BRIM Billing and Revenue Innovation Management Convergent Invoicing

Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to FICA Billing
