TCS is seeking an experienced SAP ERP Warehouse Management (WM) Delivery Manager to lead large-scale SAP WM support, enhancement, rollout, and transformation programs. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management, client engagement, team leadership, service governance, and SAP WM solution delivery across global implementations and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Management

- Manage end-to-end SAP WM delivery for global clients.
- Ensure successful execution of SAP WM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Drive project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and quality metrics.

SAP WM Solution Leadership
- Provide leadership on SAP Warehouse Management processes including:

- Inbound Processing

- Outbound Processing

- Inventory Management





- Putaway Strategies

- Picking Strategies

- Physical Inventory

- Transfer Orders

- Storage Unit Management
- Lead SAP WM integration with SAP MM, SD, LE, PP, and EWM solutions. [SAP Certif...ultant (1) | PDF]

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership.
- Conduct governance reviews and steering committee meetings.
- Manage escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and delivery excellence.

Team Leadership
- Lead onsite, offshore, and global SAP WM teams.
- Mentor functional consultants, leads, and architects.
- Manage performance, utilization, and capability development of delivery teams.

Service Management
- Govern SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery metrics.
- Drive incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL and organizational delivery standards.
