I2D Consultancy is looking for an experienced SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong techno functional experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing, MES, SAP S/4HANA integration, production execution, POD development, and shop-floor digitalization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, enhance, and support SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) solutions.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP DM solutions.
- Work on Production Operator Dashboard (POD) configuration and customization.
- Develop and enhance custom POD plugins using SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Configure and support production execution, production processes, data collection, business rules, and nonconformance management.
- Work with manufacturing master data including Materials, BOMs, Routings, Operations, Resources/Work Centers, and production orders.
- Integrate SAP DM with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and other MES/shop-floor systems.
- Work on integration using REST APIs, OData, Web Services, JSON/XML, and related technologies.
- Support integration scenarios such as production order download, confirmations, material movements, and production-related master data.




- Collaborate with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP, integration, UI5, MES, and shop-floor teams.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Prepare and execute SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing.
- Troubleshoot SAP DM, POD, integration, and shop-floor issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and manufacturing teams to improve shop-floor processes.
- Support Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, and digital transformation initiatives.

Mandatory Skills:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing / SAP DM / MES.
- Robust hands-on experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing.
- Experience with POD configuration and custom POD plugin development.
- Strong knowledge of SAP UI5 and JavaScript.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Good understanding of SAP PP and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with REST APIs / OData / Web Services.
- Knowledge of SAP DM Production Execution, Master Data, Data Collection, Business Rules, and Nonconformance Management.
- Good understanding of MES and shop-floor processes.
