We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Service (SAP CS) Consultant with 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP CS solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in service management processes, customer service operations, and integration with related SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP CS processes including Service Orders, Service Notifications, Contracts, and Warranties.

- Manage customer service and after-sales service business requirements.

- Work on service order lifecycle management and repair processes.

- Configure Installed Base (IBASE) and Equipment Master data.

- Handle Service Contracts, Service Agreements, and Warranty Management.

- Integrate SAP CS with SAP SD, PM, MM, and FI modules.

- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.





- Support testing, user training, and production issue resolution.

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of SAP CS functional experience.

- Robust knowledge of Service Notification and Service Order Management.

- Experience with Installed Base (IBASE), Equipment Master, and Warranty Processing.

- Knowledge of Service Contracts and Customer Service business processes.

- Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.

- Understanding of integration with SAP SD, PM, MM, and FI modules.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
