Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver SAP CRM technical solutions across WebClient UI, BOL/GenIL, and One Order components

- Develop and support CRM customizations, enhancements, and technical configurations based on business requirements

- Handle CRM Middleware and integration scenarios with upstream and downstream enterprise systems

- Configure and support PPF and CRM Actions for business process automation

- Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely technical resolutions

Skills Required:

- 8 to 12 years of relevant SAP CRM technical experience





- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM technical development and customization

- Deep working knowledge of CRM WebClient UI, BOL/GenIL, CRM One Order, and CRM Middleware

- Experience supporting enterprise CRM integrations and resolving complex technical issues

- Ability to work on technical design, troubleshooting, and API/integration-related support activities

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Middleware and broader Customer Relationship Management platforms

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
